Colombian food is the best, the fresher. Americans are too mexicanized where everything has to taste of hot spices. Colombians don't like to overpower the real flavors. Colombia has over 500 dishes in its gastronomy assets. It is not as popular, because Colombia has been growing just recently, since it had been hidden due to internal issues. Each region of Colombia has its own dishes. So, all you have to do is to carry a bottle of Tabasco sauce and pour it over and there you have your spicy food.

Cartagena is not racist at all. Black folks always reaching to press the racist button. Do understand, that there are way too many passport Pookies traveling to Columbia specifically. Understand that the people there on ground who are responsible are cautious of Pookies. If you know you’re not a Pookie, then why are you confused about their behavior? Just represent yourself right well and responsible clothing speak confidently and you’re not going to have any issues.
